Whether your summer was filled with travel, time with loved ones, or simply a chance to slow down and recharge, I hope it brought moments of rest and reflection. As we look ahead to the 2025–26 school year, I want to share how excited we are to welcome your children back to school and continue our partnership with you.

Throughout the summer, we’ve been busy preparing for the year ahead. We have welcomed new staff, taken action on our new strategic plan, and laid the ground to set our teachers and staff up for success. We’re excited about what this year will bring and look forward to seeing our schools come alive with learning and connection.

At the same time, I want to acknowledge the broader challenges facing public education across the country. These shifts are being felt in our own community, and the pressures on schools and families are real.

In times like these, our strategic plan is what grounds us. It reminds us that our focus remains on what matters most: our students. We are committed to creating welcoming and inclusive school communities where every child feels a sense of belonging, value, and support. We are also investing in our educators and improving communication so that families feel informed, connected, and confident in the learning journey.
